“We have a new house with one major (and common) brick house design flaw: most of the brick weep holes are large enough to allow field mice to enter the house. After several months of killing mice inside the house, I ordered the Xcluder® product. The product is very easy to work with. It took me only a few hours to install the material in about 200 weep holes. I expect it will work well as advertised. It also has the benefit that even if a mouse manages to remove it from an opening, I will then know where it succeeded and I will then pack that hole with even more of the material.”

“Your product was a success for us to omit a bat problem with our log siding home. Bats had infested our home at the roof overhangs via small gaps between the siding and the frieze board at the gables. We talked to many different people about the problem and I could not find an answer that I was happy with. But after a bit more research we are thankful that we found your product (Xcluder® Rodent Control Fill Fabric – Large DIY Kit). It was a perfect solution and the application was simple.
I cut (the fabric) into 8″ lengths, then cut that piece at a diagonal to produce two triangular shaped pieces. I then pushed the piece into the gap such that the tips of the triangle went into the narrow ends of the crack and the wider portion of the triangle filled the wider, center portion of the gap. It stuffed in nice and tight. And I didn’t need to use adhesives to hold it in place. Systematically cutting all of the pieces needed, and then going up on the ladder with them in a container, made installation quick. The only difficult part was getting up as high as 40′ on an extension ladder and the only reason I wasn’t completely done in 10-minutes is that I had to continually climb down and move the ladder.
“And an extra note, it even caused the wasps to leave and find an alternative nesting place.”
